Festive Sound Moments in the Regentenbau: Experience the Federal Police Orchestra Munich live
On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, the Max-Littmann-Saal in the Bad Kissingen Regentenbau will be transformed into a concert hall full of orchestral colors. The Federal Police Orchestra Munich presents a benefit concert with musical diversity, precise interplay, and great stage performance.
Symphonic Brass Sound Meets Great Melodies
The orchestra's repertoire ranges from original compositions of symphonic wind music and concert marches to overtures, opera and musical melodies, as well as swing, film music, rock, pop, and folk music. This creates a varied concert evening with emotional soundscapes, rhythmic energy, and impressive orchestral tension moments.
Philipp Armbruster at the Conductor's Stand
The musical direction is led by Philipp Armbruster, who has been leading the Federal Police Orchestra Munich since July 1, 2023. His international experience from opera houses and collaboration with renowned symphony orchestras shapes the conducting, synchronization, and dynamic arrangement of the ensemble.
Special Soloist and Musical Journey through Europe
A highlight of the program is a flute concerto with soloist Pierre Verrept. The finale takes the audience on a lively musical journey through Europe. Between classical sound culture, symphonic wind music, and modern entertainment, a concert experience with changing moods and great emotional range emerges.
Benefit Concert in the Historic Max-Littmann-Saal
The Regentenbau is one of the defining venues in Bad Kissingen and offers the orchestra a representative stage for its sound richness. The special acoustics of the Max-Littmann-Saal allow woodwinds, brass, and percussion to appear in clear balance and create an immediate live atmosphere.
