KissPercussiva brings rhythmic energy to Bad Kissingen

On December 26, 2026, the Max-Littmann-Saal in the Regentenbau Bad Kissingen will transform into a resonance space for precise rhythms, dynamic timbres, and captivating percussion. KissPercussiva represents a concert format where percussion instruments do much more than just keep the beat: They carry melodies, create tension, and develop their own musical dramaturgy.

When rhythm moves the entire hall

Marimba, vibraphone, drums, and other percussion instruments combine to create a multifaceted sound. Between dry impulses, warm resonances, and powerful ensemble passages, a live atmosphere emerges that goes directly into the body. The audience's mood grows with every transition from delicate synchronization to energetic stage performance.

Musical precision meets joy of playing

KissPercussiva is closely connected to the musical work of the Municipal Music School Bad Kissingen and percussion educator Thomas Friedrich. Previous concert programs showcased the stylistic range of the ensemble: from polka, tango, and samba to jazz and contemporary percussion. Marimba, vibraphone, and solo contributions have also been in the spotlight of the concert series.

A special concert location

The Max-Littmann-Saal in the historic Regentenbau offers an exceptional setting for a percussion concert with its acoustic quality. Classical architecture meets direct, physically palpable sound impulses. This makes the attack, reverberation, and orchestrated movements of the ensemble particularly impressive to experience.

Conclusion: Experience percussion live

Visitors can expect a multifaceted concert experience combining musical precision, rhythmic energy, and visible joy of playing. Those who want to witness how individual strikes create a collective sound body should discover KissPercussiva live on December 26, 2026, at the Regentenbau Bad Kissingen.
