The hotel is right next to the park, and there were no parking issues (on the weekend). A very nice room with everything you need, very clean. Comfortable bed! The downsides include: not particularly good pillows, the windows are not completely airtight, and in our room, the shower door was a bit loose. Still, the hotel left an excellent overall impression. Highly recommended!

The check-in process worked great (email regarding the small safe at the entrance door with key, cards, etc.), the rooms are spacious and looked clean. Unfortunately, they are quite old (50+), and the toilet or bathroom has been renovated at some point. The overgrown entrance area was quite a hassle for my wife as there were some very large spiders hanging around. The website is unfortunately only partially up to date; breakfast is currently NOT offered as new tenants are being sought for the business, but you only find this out in advance if you read further under "Restaurant"; otherwise, you assume when booking that you can have breakfast there.

I traveled to Bad Kissingen last year as part of a national education project and I was very satisfied with this hotel. I shared my room with two friends and even the sofa bed was very comfortable! Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied and excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I was also pleasantly surprised that the waitress spoke Croatian. Overall, I think this hotel is the right choice for a quiet and pleasant holiday in such a wonderful city. I would totally recommend it!

We stayed for 3 nights in a newly renovated apartment and felt very comfortable. Nothing was missing, the beds were super comfortable for us, the balcony was at the back, it was quiet. There was a parking permit for the time we were there, which allowed us to park quite close to the hotel. Everything was within walking distance. We were warmly welcomed and bid farewell. You can enjoy peaceful days here.
