I was at this bowling center yesterday to play billiards, and I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the facility. What I found there is simply unacceptable for a publicly accessible recreational business. Right upon entering, I noticed that the lighting above the billiard table was not working. Billiards without sufficient light is unplayable. Additionally, not even all the cues were available. The balls that were there were in such poor condition that the numbers were barely or not at all recognizable, making a proper game impossible. The hygiene condition of the facility is shocking: there were chewing gum remnants stuck to the carpet, and discarded cigarette butts were lying around. This is not only disgusting but clearly shows that there hasn't been a proper cleaning in a long time. The seating area is also not inviting at all. The chairs look cheap, worn out, and unkempt, and comfort is practically nonexistent. However, the absolute low point is the sanitary facilities. The toilet was extremely dirty, there were hairs in the sink, and overall everything looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in months. Additionally, the toilet didn't work properly. Such a condition is unacceptable and poses health risks. In summary: lack of maintenance, missing hygiene, defective equipment. In this state, this bowling center is not recommendable. I will definitely not return and strongly advise against investing time or money here.

Great bowling alley with an awesome atmosphere! The lanes are modern and very well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. The vibe is relaxed, whether you're coming with friends, family, or colleagues. The food and drinks are tasty and fairly priced too. We had a blast and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We made an online booking a day prior and received a successful confirmation with a booking number. The next day we arrived at the bowling center. However, our online booking was not in the system. We were lucky that they happened to have a lane available. When we went to the lane and played a bit, we encountered lane problems, which a staff member fixed, but these occurred frequently and we had to switch to another lane. After a while, there were also multiple issues here, and we had to change lanes again. Overall, we were on four different lanes since each lane had problems. From the two hours we booked on-site, we ultimately could only play for one hour and thirty minutes. However, we had to pay for two hours. The music in the hall was also too loud; it was hard to have a conversation. Among other things, only Russian music was playing. Overall, I would not recommend this bowling center.

Absolutely unfriendly staff. One in particular. We were here as a large group, and whenever drinks were forgotten, he would always respond rudely when we asked… His standard reply was always "no idea, order again." We were quite angry because of his impossible attitude. Whoever hires someone like that is driving customers away even more!!!
