Everyone I interacted with at the Bürgerburo was so kind and patient. I was a bit worried about not understanding Deutsch, but they all helped me, and the whole process was quicker and easier than I expected. I had to go back, and the same gentleman who helped me the first time assisted me again, in just five minutes, I had the document I needed!
